My name is Rowena Wise, I'm a singer-songwriter based in Melbourne, Australia. I'm an official showcase artist for next year's conference. Very keen, woooh!

Myself and another showcase artist Wilson Harwood are looking for someone, preferably another soloist, to share a room with us at the Sheraton. We have booked a room with 3 beds from Wednesday to Sunday night.

Two of them are proper beds and one of them is a trundle bed. For the whole stay, we figure $269 per person for who gets a proper bed and $200 for whoever gets the trundle. I am happy to take the trundle if need be!

Hi Rowena, I have a reservation for a room at the Sheraton for Thursday and Friday nights only. (A double room, two beds.) If you'd like to split the room/cost for those nights, let me know? One half of the projected cost for Thurs/Fri nights combined is $147.81.

Thanks for the message! I now already have a room booked for the whole conference with another artist there in which there's 3x beds. I've just altered my post - now we're just looking for a third person to possibly share with us.

Hi Rowena,
Another artist and I are looking for a room share. What do you think about one bed being shared (if the proper beds are regular queen size)? I've shared beds at other conferences to save money, but I know not everyone feels comfortable with that.

It is possible it will just be me, but as of now, it is two of us gals.

Also putting my hat in the ring :) I'm a nomadic singer-songwriter from Calgary, AB, Canada and plan to be at Folk Alliance Wed to Sun or Mon (check out). There is a party Sunday night that may be worth attending! I am just in the process of releasing my 5th CD and will be doing a private showcase or two as well as volunteering at the conference to earn my keep. I'd be hoping for a bed to keep my back happy.
