This membership covers any individual, who is part of the folk music industry. It is NOT for companies, festivals, groups, bands or organizations. One (1) person authorized under this membership for FAI benefits and discounts. One (1) vote in FAI elections and for all membership vote items. Eligible to run for elections for the Board of Directors. Member benefits are non-transferable. Membership expires annually on April 30.

This membership is for two (2) life, business, or performing partners. This membership is for two associated individuals. This membership is not applicable for businesses or organizations. Two (2) contacts may be authorized under this membership for FAI benefits and discounts. Ballots carry a weight of two (2) in all member-voted awards and elections. Eligible to run for elections for the Board of Directors. Add your partner's sub-account after the membership is approved. Membership expires annually on April 30.

Musical acts or bands with 3 or more members. For-Profit Organizations/festivals/agencies with an annual budget less than $250,000 or Not-for-Profit Organizations with an annual budget of less than $375,000. This membership can have unlimited sub-accounts authorized for FAI benefits and discounts. Ballots carry a weight of three (3) in all member voted awards and elections. Add the additional sub-account profiles after the membership is approved. Membership expires annually on April 30.

For-Profit Organizations/festivals/agencies with an annual budget between $250,000 and $750,000 or Not-for-Profit Organizations with an annual budget between $375,000 and $1 Million. This membership can have unlimited sub-accounts authorized for FAI benefits and discounts. Ballots carry a weight of five (5) in all member voted awards and elections. Add the additional sub-account profiles after the membership is approved. Membership expires annually on April 30.

For-Profit Organizations/festivals/agencies with an annual budget more than $750,000 or Not-for-Profit Organizations with an annual budget of more than $1 Million. This membership can have unlimited sub-accounts authorized for FAI benefits and discounts. Ballots carry a weight of ten (10) in all member voted awards and elections. Add the additional sub-account profiles after the membership is approved. Membership expires annually on April 30.

This non-voting membership is reserved for non-industry professionals, non-artist members – mostly active fans, students, volunteers, or enthusiasts. Non-voting memberships are for those who don't participate in the music industry but still support the goals of Folk Alliance International. Anyone who works in the industry will not be approved for this type, please purchase a voting membership. This membership expires annually on April 30.

Note: Non-Voting memberships do not receive a discount to the conference and are ineligible to vote in elections, hold office, or apply for showcases.
