Follow these steps to receive a link to the Official Showcase application:

1. If you are a member of FAI, sign in to see the member discounted application rates. Members get 50% off.
2. Select the quantity of applications needed. (1 per act)
3. Enter artist applicant's name/s, Country and Province/State in the box above. The artist applicant's info may or may not be the same person that is paying for the application.
4. Click "Add Item."
5. Pay for the application/s with a credit card.
6. You will receive an email confirmation of payment.
7. You will receive a second email from Folk Alliance International with the subject line "Your downloadable items are ready."  Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive it, please call 816-221-3655 or email fai@folk.org.
8. Click the link in the email to download the document named "OSA 2027 Instructions.pdf."
   

The deadline to submit the application is 5:00 pm CT Monday, June 8, 2026.
