Diemm: Harp, Vox, Bass
Private Showcase spot wanted, for harp / bass / vocal duo!
Diemm is a Canadian harper, singer, songwriter & poet, living in rural British Columbia, Canada. She tours often with Juno-nominated folk roots artist Oliver Swain, who accompanies Diemm on acoustic bass and vocals.
Diemm: Lyrics like arrows. Ethereal folk harp. Crystalline vocals. Diemm plays original Chamber Folk music, with poetry that tugs at the layers between conscious and subconscious mind. Diemm has recently been honoured to receive a 2019 Vox Pop Independent Music Award, for her Spoken Word song Mythmaker.
Oliver has as been a celebrated musician for years, held in high regard in acoustic and folk music styles for both his astonishing instrumental and vocal abilities.
Diemm's goals for FAI 2020
#1 HAVE FUN! Hear amazing music. Sleep as little as possible. Enjoy and play Private Showcases (got one for us??).
#2 Connect with other musicians. Maybe we could collaborate and tour together? Diemm tours as a soloist (harp, vocals, spoken word) or as duo with Canadian folk-roots artist Oliver Swain (add acoustic bass, banjo, vocals).
