Inaugural poet-laureate of Banff, Amelie Patterson is the kind of songwriter who can
leverage her confident dark-pop songwriting into transfixing musical mechanica with a little
help from her friends. Her new project is the Playlist, a series of diverse rolling singles,
collapsible into 3 volumes, each centred on a thematic throughline, playing with genre and
mood througout, experimenting in writing and pushing herself and her collaborators to darken
the corners of her moody pop soundspace.

Amelie is looking to add a few Private Showcases to her schedule for FAI. She is currently playing in the Alberta Room and BreakOut West Room.
