Victor & Penny CD Release Concert - Celebrating the release of "Electricity", Victor & Penny's new CD of original tunes rooted in the swinging, riff-driven style of Kansas City jazz. The concert features their outstanding band the Loose Change Orchestra with other special guests including Mark Lowrey, Beau Bledsoe, Adam Galblum and Jason Beers.
